Pou Chen pays dividend with consideration for financial, business and operational factors. The ratio of distribution shall be not less than 30% of the net income for each fiscal year, and a portion for cash dividend shall be not less than 30% of total distribution. If there are material changes in the operating environment, the Company can adjust the ratio and amounts of distribution of profits.
